TERMS OF USE AND LICENSE – ETSY
Complete terms of my small business use license for my Etsy listings with a commercial use option are below. You will receive a text file copy of the license terms along with your purchase of commercial use SVG listing from my Etsy shop.
My Small Business Commercial License permits you to create and SELL an unlimited amount of PHYSICAL, TANGIBLE ITEMS (earrings, or keychains) with the purchase of the SVG file AND the license.
ONE license must be purchased for EACH listing in my shop you want a small business commercial license for.
The Small Business Commercial License does NOT PERMIT you to sell, share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute the DIGITAL SVG FILES, patterns, or templates in part or whole in any way.
PERMITTED USES
Use of this file is for SMALL BUSINESS USE ONLY. By purchasing this file, you agree to the following terms of use.
YOU MAY create and sell an UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS from ONE of my SVG listings with the purchase of this file.
YOU MAY sell your earrings, keychains, etc. on your own website, your Shopify or Big Commerce Store, on Etsy, at craft shows, Facebook marketplace, or in person sales.
FORBIDDEN USES
YOU MAY NOT share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute the DIGITAL SVG TEMPLATE FILES or patterns in part or whole in any way.
YOU MAY NOT alter the DIGITAL SVG TEMPLATE FILES in any way (including making design changes, color alteration, size changes) in order to share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute.
YOU MAY NOT use my designs with print on demand services like Zazzle, Printful, Merch by Amazon, Tee Spring, etc.
NO REDISTRIBUTION: You may not REPRODUCE, ALTER, MODIFY, SHARE, GIFT, COPY, SELL, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS or REDISTRIBUTE the contents of the digital kit you purchased this license for, in whole or part, for any reason.
This is a NO CREDIT license. You do not need to give “Amy Romeu” credit for the design you are selling (although credit is always appreciated).

Modification of Terms: Amy Romeu shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior agreements.
